Let us give thanks..

First of all, I praise God 4 allowing those in Maine not 2 be hit by Kyle. However, let us be mindful of those still in harms way of this storm such as those in Nova Scotia. May God continue 2 have His mercy & place His protection on those there, as well. As I sit here trying 2 remain focused on this health promotion paper (that I should have already completed & have been far 2 distracted-not like me. I just can't get it 2gether lately; please pray that I can start focusing more.), I wanted u 2 pray that as I prepare this paper that I will learn what is needed 2 one day share this knowledge with my patients as their Nurse Practitioner. I am doing it on Breast Cancer (Prevention, treatment, etc.). I choose this topic since it was dear 2 my heart. My momma had BRCA 4 almost 20 yrs. & was such an inspiration 2 everyone that she came in contact with. She is now in Heaven with my little girl & is my special guardian angel. Please pray that one day my knowledge will perhaps safe a life through the grace and help of God!! Thank you for your continued prayers, support and concern. It is such a blessing to have people who are truly there in your time of need--even though we can't be there physically for one another, I know we can be in spirit. It helps!

Dear God, I praise you today Lord for sparing Maine the brunt of hurricane Kyle. Please bless and protect the people of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and those at sea who must deal with this storm. I thank all of you for your prayers yesterday.
