I am desperate for direction o

I am desperate for direction or advice. My husband has been without a job for over 6 months. I'm a stay-at-home-homeschooling Mom of six children. A year and a half ago, we lost our "forever" home in foreclosure. The taxes on the land almost tripled within two years. My husband is an auto technician/mechanic. He soon discovered that the auto business everywhere was getting hit hard. We moved 3 hours away in order for him to get another job, but with the same scenerio. A company hires him, and he, like the rest of the mechanics there, sit most of the day waiting on work. Our unemployment has run out, and even the kids are working wherever they can to help the family, but we have been struggling to pay the rent. Last Friday, we received a notice to be caught up or be out in 1 week. We are devastated and have no where to go. Desperately need direction.

It's almost Thursday. Then, one more day. We've heard nothing and my husband still has no contract work coming in. I'm trying to trust Him and wait but this is really hard - on all of us. Keep praying, please.

Thank you for all your sweet prayers! Our church is giving us a check to help with the rent. However, we will probably lose the electricity tomorrow. Should that happen, I won't be able to update you, and you will know why. But, God willing, I will be here - praising God for brothers and sisters like you who take the time to care and pray. ASAP, I'll be back.

Glory! My husband and I went to the electric company and spoke with them in person. They are working with us week by week. Also, the church has brought us food from their food pantry! We have been blessed! My husband and I continue to look for employment, but, again, we covet your prayers and thank you SO very much for caring.

Dear God, I pray that you give this family financial freedom. Allow the husband to find a job and if necessary the mom to find a job that wouldn't affect her schedule at home. In Jesus name, Amen
