Need encouragement and strength

I need prayers and strength to be patient about my job hunting process. I've been out of a job for many months and have encountered many hurdles and it has been very discouraging. I'm an educated professional and have been getting the interviews, but nothing is working out. Even when I apply for jobs I am easily qualified for, I'm being told that I'm not the right candidate. The bills are piling up and I've had to live on credit. I know that this is not what God wants for me, but nothing seems to be happening. I'm broke, stressed and discouraged - and although I know i need to stay positive, it is very hard. I am currently in the final stages (I hope! it's been 5 weeks of ) of being considered for a job I want - I've been told it's down to me and another candidate. I most recently went in for the last round of interviews last week. The waiting process has been hard, but more importantly, I really do need a job. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for me. After a year and 5 days of sending out resumes, networking, interviews, disappointments, and discouragement, I was offered the job I mentioned in my prayer request. God is GREAT! I still don't know why it took so long and why I encountered all the hurdles I did, but I know that He was taking care of me...and always has. I will continue to lift up in my own prayers the prayer requests on this site just as you have prayed for me. Thank you Lord!

Dear God, Please, be with Avery in this search for employment. Supply Avery, with not just any job - but the one you have waiting on him. Lord, don't only give Avery the job but give Avery the peace that surpasses understanding. Amen
