Dear God, I know you have a plan for everything. Please help me to fully trust in you with this situation with Rob and my broken heart. I know that I should not have been sexual with him ever and that was my fault for not being obedient to you and for not guarding my heart. Please forgive me and break that sexual bond I created. God I am trying to do the right thing here by forgiving Rob and giving him my blessing in his new relationship since he says he is in love with her. I find it very hard to believe that relationship is a good one and from you, but maybe I am just not seeing clearly b/c I let things go too far with us before your time. I just ask again that your will be done in this whole situation. God please help me to continue to forgive him and show love to him when I'm given the opportunity. Keep the anger away from me, help me to show him mercy and forgiveness like you have shown me. Please heal my broken heart. In Jesus Name, Amen
