Dear Lord, You know that I have been struggling to maintain a healthy weight for some time now. I have good days and bad ones. Lord, I need to make better choices in my life style to help me loose the extra weight and be physically fit. Lord, sometimes it seems as tho temptation gets the best of me and I choose not to eat healthy. Alot of the time I am so tired that I eat quick foods that are not healthy. God, I need your help. Please keep me in your loving arms and help me to make better choices. My Family has a history of high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart problems. God knows, I dont want to end up with a list of health problems. I need your support Dear Lord. I am starting a support group with 2 other people to try and loose weight. I ask that you watch over us and let us be a positive source of support for one another. Amen.
