May I let go of my past related to my late earthly

Please pray I can and will completely forget about and let go of feeling bad about some things that happened between my late father and myself, he died from cancer in April of 1984. He was extremely strict, and got angy easily, and was very unforgiving and harsh, and a friend of his later told me he had a very hard and bad childhood and youth years in ways. This all happened before I was born again and became a Christian in and through Jesus Christ. Please pray I will never again allow the devil to make me feel bad about anything that I said or did that my father disliked. He was not a Christian, I found out that after he died. May I again let go and let JESUS!!!
